Paddle Sports Manager

We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and safety-focused Paddle SportsManager to lead our kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all paddle sport activities, the commercial growth of paddlesports at TASC and ensuring exceptional customer experience, strict adherence to UK safety regulations.

The successful candidate will also have responsibility for the development and training of our instructor team and programme offerings. This role is crucial member ofTASC management team and vital to maintaining TASC’s reputation as a premier UK waters ports provider.
