We are seeking an experienced, dynamic, and safety-focused Paddle SportsManager to lead our kayak, canoe, and stand-up paddle boarding (SUP) programmes.

The successful candidate will be responsible for the safe and efficient operation of all paddle sport activities, the commercial growth of paddlesports at TASC and ensuring exceptional customer experience, strict adherence to UK safety regulations.

The successful candidate will also have responsibility for the development and training of our instructor team and programme offerings. This role is crucial member ofTASC management team and vital to maintaining TASC’s reputation as a premier UK waters ports provider.

We are looking for a qualified swimming coach who would be interested to build out a 'proper' open water swimming programme at the lake and build a community of swimmers who train to participate in competitive events.

We are looking for bushcraft instructor to join the team and build out bushcraft as a new offering.

The perfect summer holiday job for university students. No specific qualifications are needed, though experience in delivering outdoor activities to young people will be preferred.

We are looking for local trainee instructors. Ideally you are 16-18yrs old with aspirations of working towards becoming a fully trained instructor. Trainee instructors can fit in weekend / evening work around their studies during term time and join the midweek team as well during holidays.
