INFORMATION: RED SDM Standard Diameter 48mm RED SDM is the universal NORTH SAILS mast line representing excellent value for money. Now also manufactured using AEROSPACE.PREPREG.TECHNOLOGY. A 35% carbon content guarantees balanced power and high-level durability. The RED line is compatible with almost all sail brands,that make it the ideal allrounder. NEW: The base section comes with white polyamide coating to prevent scratching, abrasion and thermal overstress.

Silver Series North Carbon 55 Mast.

INFORMATION: The Silver Series Construction is available in two models, the Standard diameter and the Reduced Diameter version.

SILVER SDM

Standard Diameter 48mm The high-quality NORTH SAILS “all-rounder” with a carbon content of 55% and impressive overall performance. The SILVER mast series is now also produced using AEROSPACE.PREPREG.TECHNOLOGY, that allows computer-aided adjustment of the carbon, glass, and resin content. In addition, a heat-sensitive compression tape squeezes out excess resin, resulting in lower weight and even better flex. NEW: The base section comes with white polyamide coating to prevent scratching, abrasion and thermal overstress.

SILVER RDM

Reduced Diameter 32mm This is the first time that a needle mast with a carbon content of 55% has ever been produced. As a result, the SILVER RDM enters a price category in which no one expected to find thin performance masts. Now a technologically mature product, the SILVER RDM offers the dynamic advantages of thin shapes and significantly improved flex tip dynamics. (Comes without RDM adapter.) NEW: The base section comes with white polyamide coating to prevent scratching, abrasion and thermal overstress.

Gold Series North Carbon 75 Mast.

GOLD SDM

Standard Diameter 48mm A 75% high-tech carbon content, high-tech prepreg production, and excellent dynamics make the GOLD series the undisputable performance, weight, and price leader in the medium segment. A new feature is the full polyamide coating, which prevents any scratching or abrasion. The white surface protects the material especially against strong exposure to the sun by effectively preventing thermal overstress and heat that could reach into critical areas. This reduces material embrittlement while maintaining the bending curve absolutely constant over a long period of time. All in all, a top-quality mast for all areas of application that now has been made even more durable.

GOLD RDM

Reduced Diameter 32mm is the more affordable version of the thin, high performance PLATINUM RDM. Except for the slightly reduced carbon content, the two series are technologically identical. The new GOLD RDM also has an improved geometry with a more prominent top diameter for greater flex dynamics. Similarly, the entire mast is now sealed with the new polyamide surface to protect it against abrasion.
